Preheat oven to 350° F.
Coat cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Blend together oatmeal, scrambled eggs, baking powder, Splenda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Pour into mixing bowl and add water and vanilla extract.
Mix well.
Form into two small bun-shaped mounds on cookie sheet.
Smooth the tops and sprinkle with any additional flavorings.
Bake for 12 minutes and then broil for 3 minutes until top is browned.
When cool, cut buns in half along edges and drizzle ½ tablespoon of syrup on each half.
