Cook the garbanzo and fava beans with their juice over a medium heat at a ligth boil for 15 minutes.
Mash about 1/2 of the mizture so it is not completely smooth but not whole beans.
Add the lemon juice, cumin and salt to taste
Garnish with chopped tomoatoes, parsley and olive oil
Serve with pita bread
