Preheat oven to 425°. Blend all ingredients except tortillas in small bowl. Brush mixture on one side of each tortilla; sprinkle, if desired, with salt. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Arrange tortilla wedges in a single layer on greased baking sheets. Bake 8 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve warm or cool on wire rack. Store in airtight container.
