     Veloy's Pie Crust

Ingredients
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Shortening
2 Teaspoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 egg slightly beaten in a cup of cold water to make 1/2 cup
 

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients, cut in shortening. Mix to mealy stage. Add liquid, mix lightly. Roll out for pies. Butter bottom of tin. Double Crust bake 450 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 for 30 minutes. Single crust bake 450 for about 10-12 minutes.
