In large bowl, beat egg slightly with fork. Stir in milk, bread crumbs
and spices. Set aside. In hot butter in skillet, saute onion until
tender - about 5 minutes. Add to egg mixture along with chuck.
Blend well with hands.
Turn mixture into pan in loaf shape, you can refrigerate till needed.
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
To make glaze combine 1/2 chili sauce, 2 T brown sugar and 1/4 t
dry mustard. Spread over meatloaf about 15 minutes before
removing from oven.
