Combine yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let stand until fluffy. Scald milk. Stir in butter and sugar. Cool. Add eggs, salt, and 2 cups of flour. Add yeast mixture and enough remaining flour to have a very soft dough by kneading. Let rise then knead 1 minute. Roll one into 9 X 18 in and cut out with cookie cutter. Pinch down center and add filling. Bake after they rise a little.
