Instructions
Put chicken, both cans of tomato juice, pepper, onion, and water in a large pot, boil on high heat until chicken is done. (app. 25 min)
When chicken is cooked thoroughly, use two forks to shred it. Put shredded chicken, Creole and crushed red pepper in a frying pan along with enough of the liquid from the pot to simmer the chicken. (Adding the pepper and onion from the pot is optional.)
Simmer for about 15 min. Prepare on a tortilla shell. And enjoy!
