     Taco Dip

Ingredients
2 cups lettuce
1 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
4 oz olives, sliced
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
4 scallions chopped
1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup mild salsa
1 package taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
 
1 cup guacamole
16 oz sour cream
Tortilla chips
Instructions
Brown ground beef in saute pan. Add salsa and taco seasoning and let simmer for 10 minutes. Slightly cool.
Add refried beans and mix thoroughly. Spread mixture into bottom of 9x13 baking dish.
Evenly layer guacamole and sour cream over beef mixture. Sprinkle lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cheese and scallions.
Serve with tortilla chips.

Add jalepenos
