Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 9 inch round baking pans or one 13 X 9 X 2 inch baking pan. In large bowl, stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake 30-35 minutes for round pans, 35-40 minutes for regular pan or until toothpick inserted near the middle comes out clean. Cool completely. (Cake may be left in regular pan if desired). Frost with one bowl Butter Cream Frosting. Makes 8-10 servings.
