Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, sour cream and vanilla, mix well. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Drop by tbsp fulls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 375 for 10-12 minutes.
-Frosting-
In a large bowl, combine the sugar, butter, milk, vanilla, and food coloring. Frost cookies. 3-4 drops of red food coloring.
Cut sugar wafers into triangles; place two on each cookie for ears. Use a toothpick, poke two holes in each marshmallow for nostrils; press butterscotch chips into holes. Place hose on cookies; add chocolate chip eyes.
