1 large bag of mini marshmallows (I use the colored)
1 large can Mandarin Oranges (drained)
1 large can Pineapple tidbits (drained)
Instructions
Mix pudding mix with milk, will be thick, and leave sit for 10 minutes. Fold in whipped topping.
Add fruit and marshmallow, fold together until well blended. Will keep for several days in refrigerator.
I have tried both white and colored marshmallows with this recipe. We all prefer the colored ones as they bring in some additional fruit tastes and flavor into the salad. Not to mention the colors really make this a nice looking salad. -)
