Heat the apple juice in a pot.Reduce to 2 cups.
Add apples.Heat to boiling, reduce heat,simmer for 30 minutes or until apples are very tender.

Press through a sieve or process in a a food processor until smooth.

|
Place with remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Heat to boiling. Reduceheat;simmer for about 1 hour or untill thick.

|
Pour into sterilized jars. Seal
