Fry sausage and crumble. Arrange pie crust in botton of seasoned 9x13-inch baking pan. Top with a layer of sharp cheese, cooked meat and mild cheese.
In a separate bowl, dissolve mustard in milk. Add eggs, salt and pepper to bowl. Beat mixture. Pour mixture over layers, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350 degrees or until firm and brown.
