Heat oil over medium to medium-high heat in a large skillet. Form meat into 2 to 2 1/2-inch
balls. It helps to use a standard ice cream scoop to ensure all balls are similar in size and cook
evenly. Put in hot oil and brown on all sides.
For a less messy option, balls may be placed on a rack on a baking sheet and baked at 400
degrees for 20 minutes.
