Start 3 hours prior to desired serving time.
1) In large bowl, with wire whisk or fork, beat cheese, salt, 1/2c.
confectioners sugar, 3T. coffee flavored liquer, 1t. vanilla extract
and 2/3 of the grated chocolate (set remainder aside).
2) In small bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat 1c. heavy
whipping cream until stiff peaks. With the rubber spatula or
whisk, fold whipped cream into the cheese mix.

3) In small bowl, stir instant expresso powder, remaining 1/3c.
coffee flavored liquor, remaining 1/2t. vanilla - 2T. water.
4) Separate ladyfingers into halves. Line 2-1/2qt. glass bowl
with 1/4 of the lady fingers; brush with expresso mix. Spoon
1/2 of the cheese mix over the ladyfingers. Repeat for two more
layers. Top with remaining ladyfingers and gently press into
cheese mixture. Brush ladyfingers with remaining expresso.
Sprinkle remaining grated chocolate, reserve 1T. for the garnish.
