Spray 2 cookie sheets with fat-free no-stick spray.
Stack the wheat tortillas and cut the stack into six chip-shaped wedges.
Place the tortillas on the prepared cookie sheets in a layer, lightly spray with the fat-free no-stick spray. Lightly sprinkle with the salt, if desired.
5.Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
6.Serve warm and enjoy
