1 3/4 cup flour

1/4 cup sugar
|

2 1/2 tsp baking powder
|

1 tsp salt
|

1 egg, beaten
|

3/4 cup milk
|

1/3, 1 tsp oil
|

3/4 cup dried berries
|
|
3/4 cup white choc. chips
|
|

1 1/2 Tbs blueberry jelly

Instructions |

|
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In
separate bowl, combine egg, milk and oil. Add egg mixture and stir
until moistened.

Fold in berries and white chocolate. Swirl in jelly. Line muffin tins
and fill 2/3 with batter.
|
|
|
In a small bowl, cut together 2 Tbs flour, 5 Tbs sugar, dash of
ground cinnamon, and 3 Tbs butter. Sprinkle mix on top. Bake at
400F for 17-21 min.
