1) Remove one tbsp. cookie crumbs; set aside. Mix
cream cheese and remaining cookie crumbs until
blended together. Shape into 42 (1 inch) balls.
Refridgerate 30 mins.
2) Melt chocolate squares as directed on package.
Dip balls into chocolate; place on parchment- or
waxed paper-covered sheet.
3) Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
Refrigerate 1 hour until firm.
How to store- Store in tightly covered container
in the refrigerator.
