Brown beef, onion and garlic. Add tomatoes. Stir in chili powder, chili w/beans, sour cream and olives (if used). Set to simmer, for 10 mins.
Cook spaghetti.
Spoon 1/2 meat mixture over cooked spaghetti in a greased 9x13 dish. Cover with cheddar cheese, then spoon rest of meat mixture over and cover with parmesean.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
