Boil the pasta water. Cut up the broccoli and make florets. Cook the pasta and half way through add the broccoli to the pasta. Meanwhile in frying pan add 1/3 c olive oil and add minced garlic, minced anchovies and salt and pepper. Saute. Drain the pasta and broccoli and add to the frying pan. Toss, remove from heat and add parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
