15 oz can Kidney Beans

1 lge chopped tomato

1 tsp ground cumin
|

1 1/2-2 T chili powder

|
3/4 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 C water

3 tsp beef base
|

1/2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet

Instructions |

|
In Dutch Oven or soup pot, brown ground beef with
onions, until onion is transparent.

Add remaining ingredients, and simmer for 1 hr.

Serve with Rice and top with cheese. Garnish with corn chips.
