Combine water and yeast in bowl and let set 5 min. Stir in butter, eggs, and salt. Add flour and stir. Cover with greased plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hrs., up to 3 days. Butter a 9''X 13'' pan. Divide dough into 24 equal pieces.. Smooth into round balls and place in baking dish. Cover with greased plastic wrap (loosely covered leaving space for rising)and let rise until doubled. Preheat oven to 375°. Bake 17 min.
