Preheat oven to 375°. Season pork with salt and pepper. Heat oil in pan and brown sides of pork (10 min. total). Rub with rosemary and wrap in bacon. Roast 35-40 min. until 145° basting occasionally with drippings. To make pan sauce, Add wine to pan over low heat and deglaze pan scraping up browned bits. Strain and serve with pork.
