In a large bowl whisk together flour and 1 cup of
sugar and eggs until mixed well. Mixture will be
very thick. On medium heat combine milk and 1 cup
of sugar and salt. Cook mixture stirring
occasionally to prevent scalding. Remove from
heat when milk begins to simmer. While whisking
constantly slowly pour half of the milk in a thin
stream into the flour mixture. Once both mixtures
are combined continue whisking and return contents
to sauce pan with remaining milk. Place the
saucepan on medium heat while whisking constantly.
Cook mixture for 2 minutes. Immediately remove
pan from heat as as first bubble breaks. Pour
cream and refrigerate overnight. Bake pastry
according to package directions. Spread pasty
cream between puff pastry.
