Combine 1 cup flour, 1 cube butter, 2 Tbl. powdered sugar. Cut
together until crumbly. Add ½ cup chopped walnuts. Pat gently
into a 9x13 “ pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.

Mix 8 oz cream cheese with 1 large Cool Whip 12-16 oz. (Reserve
1-1/2 cups for top.)Add 1 cup powdered sugar and blend well
before spreading over cooled crust.

Mix up 1 large INSTANT Chocolate fudge Jello Pudding. (I prefer the
kind you cook yourself, but you must cool it!!)

Spread the pudding over the top of the first 2 layers. Top with
reserved Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with chopped nuts, chocolate
sprinkles, shaved chocolate, etc. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
