2 rounded tbsps. chopped celery

2 rounded tbsps. chopped green pepper

2 cups cooked white rice

Soy sauce to taste

Instructions |
|
|
Sauté onion, celery and pepper in bacon fat.
|
|
|
Remove from pan, add bacon fat and heat rice until it starts to
brown.
|
|
|
Add slightly beaten eggs, one at a time and stir into rice until eggs
are cooked. Add onion, celery, and bacon. Add Soy sauce to taste.
