2 low fat waffles, thawed
|
|
1 oz. sliced low fat ham (about 2 slices)

1 slice fat-free American cheese
|

1/2 T. light whipped butter or light buttery spray

Instructions |

|
Evenly top one waffle with ham. Lay cheese slice over ham and cover with other waffle, set aside.

Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat on stove. Add butter and allow to coat bottom of skillet.
|
|
|
Place sandwich in skillet and cook until lightly browned on outside and hot on the inside, about 2 minutes per side, flipping carefully with spatula.
