Make dressing- Mix olive oil, balsamic, garlic,
lemon juice, basil, oregano, salt and pepper in
small bowl and set aside.
Slice vegetables and grill over medium heat. Cook
peppers until slightly charred. Cook zucchini and
squash about 4 minutes on each side. Cook asparagus
about 5 minutes total. Cook tomatoes about 3 minutes
on each side.
Drizzle vegetables lightly with dressing.
