1 lb sausage (Hot Jimmy Dean)

1 Cup Shredded Colby or Monteray Jack & Chedder (see below )

1/2 Medium Green Pepper, chopped

1/2 Medium Red Pepper, chopped

1 Bunch Green Onion
|
|
1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing (see below)
|

Salt & Pepper
|

Instructions |
|
|
Lightly press wrappers on bottom and sides of greased miniature muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees or until edges are brown.

Cook sausage until brown, drain, stir in peppers, cheese, onions and dressing.
|
|
|
Spoon mixture into wonton cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes or until heated through.

|
1 You can use a little more cheese if you like a cheesy taste.
2 Ranch Dressing made with Hidden Valley mix is better than bottled dressing.
