150g bacon, cut in small pieces ( you can also buy the pre-cut bacon in a bag)
1 kg onions
caraway
sauce-
3 eggs
1/4 l sour cream
salt
pepper
paprica
Instructions
For the yeast dough use the flour, dry yeast, salt and oil and milk. Let it sit until risen (works great with my bread making machine).
Roll it onto a flat baking sheet. Set aside.
Peel onions and cut into small pieces. Mix with bacon and saute in pan. Add a little caraway.
Then spread onto dough.
Mix eggs with sour cream, salt, pepper and paprika. Pour mix on top of
bacon-onion.
Bake in preheated oven at 425F for 30-35min.
