1 cup rice

2 cups water
|
|
boil until water is absorbed
|
|
Add-
|
|
1 cup sugar
|
|
3 cups milk
|
|
Simmer until liquid is absorbed. Cool completely
|
|
Before serving add 12 oz. container of cool whip
|
|
|
|
Meanwhile- drain 2 10 oz. containers of frozen strawberries
|
|
or raspberries. To the liquid add-
|
|
2 tbsp corn starch mix well then add fruit back in.
|
|
Bring fruit mixture to a boil until thick.
|
|
Cool completely and add to the top of the rice/coolwhip
|
|
mixture before serving.
