Prepare 6 emptied and cleaned large tuna cans (or 12.5 ox chicken cans) with cooking spray.
Combine dry ingredients in mixer.
While mixing on low add warm water, butter, and egg. Beat on high for 2-3 minutes. (Dough will thin as it mixes; it should end up like a thick cake batter.)
Put approximately 1/3 cup dough in the bottom of each can.
Wet fingers and lightly smooth the top of each bun for a nice rounded top.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes, or until about double in size.
Remove plastic wrap. Bake in preheated oven at 360 degrees for about 20 minutes or until tops are golden brown and bread springs back when pressed with gingers.
Remove from can immediatly after taking out of oven to prevent soggy botoms. Once buns are cooled, cut in falf to form the top and bottom bun.
