To the 1/2c water mix the egg and vinegar. Add enough water to this to equal 1 cup.
This is a very wet dough-I would hold back on some of the water to see how moist the flour
is.
Mix by hand- flour, sugar and salt. Mix the egg, water and vinegar liquid together and then
add to the dry ingredients. Makes 2 double crusts. Separate into 4 balls of dough and
wrap in plastic. Refrigerate before using.
