Recommend strawberries, bananas, peaches, and sliced almonds
Instructions
Bring water to a boil.
Add oats and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 20
minutes or until most of the water is absorbed. Add egg whites and stir
thoroughly. Cook for a few minutes more until egg whites are set.
Put spinach into pot and blend with an immersion
blender until all of the spinach is broken down.
Serving
Suggestions
Top with maple syrup, chopped fruits, and nuts.
