Saute meat breaking up fine. I use a pastry cutter. Add grated cauliflower. Stir to warm. Add 1 can black soy beans that have been mashed or chopped with pastry blender.

You can add fresh tomatoes if desired.

You can stuff this in a pita or a wrap low carb of course. Stuff it in tomatoes or green pepper and bake.

Could bake in oven like enchalada. I like with sour cream cheese salsa hot sauce ect
