Boil 3 cups of water and combine with chicken soup powder.
In soup pot melt margarine and cut in onions, leek, celery, and
carrots. Add soup and a large amount of water. cut in zucchini and
mushrooms. Add barley, salt, and pepper.
Cook for approximately 1 hour.
