|
a) Heat ghee and fry the vegetables for a few minutes.
b) Add the warm water to it.

a) Wash and soak rice for 10 minutes. Add this to the vegetable-water mixture.
b) Add the garam masala and salt. Mix well and cover with a lid.

|
a) Let this come to a boil then lower the heat.
b) Simmer on very low flame till the rice is completely cooked (approx 7 to 8 minutes).

Garnish with coriander (optional)
