Spray 9x12 glass pan with Pam, put chicken in pan, pour soup mixture over. Top with shredded cheddar.
Cover with tin foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 60 minutes, remove foil for last 15-20 min to brown cheese. While chicken is cooking prepare minute rice according to box directions only replace the water with the chicken broth.

Serve Chicken mixture over the rice. Save left over chicken for Enchiladas.
