Bring water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and stir into flour unti lit forms a ball. Add eggs, 1 at a time, and beat after each one. Spread into greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
Mix pudding mix, milk, and softened cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust.
Spread cool whip over pudding and drizzle with chocolate syrup. KEEP REFRIDGERATED!
