Scrb the cucumbers and leave sit in really really cold water overnight. I use a cooler with ice water.

Bring the brine to a boil. Have ready sterilized jars.
|
|
|
In each jar place a large sprig of dill flower and 2 garlic cloves. Pack in the cuckes and a couple more cloves of garlic or to suit your taste. I like 4 or 5 in each jar. They are yummy too.

|
Pour on hot sauce and seal with hot lids. Let age for at least 6 to 8 weeks. These are a bit salty but oh so worth it.
