1/4 tsp salt in a bowl

add 1/2 a clove of garlic finely chopped and crushed into salt

add 1/4 tsp dijon mustard to garlic

add 3 t olive oil and 3/4 T malt vinegar whisk well

sprinkle with pepper basil and oregano and mix well
