To make the sauce crush remaining berries in a sauce pan. Add water
and sugar. Bring to a boil. Thicken with cornstarch. Cook till
thickened. Stir in butter. I pour this into a shallow dish and place
in fridge freezer for an hour. Stir a couple times. Still needs to be
pourable. Will not be cold just cooled well. Pour over berries in the
shell and smooth over the top till all berries are coated. Back into
the fridge. Serve with whip cream.
