Add more flour if the dough is sticking to the sides. Continue till dough is dough. (10 minutes)Let dough rise until it looks double the size. (1 hour) Push down and sprinkle flour on counter and let sit to rest. )10 minutes) Get out a muffin tin. Take 1/4 cup butter, put in microwave for 20 seconds. Take a spoon and put a little spoonfull of butter on each bottom of containers. (So no rolls stick)

Roll out in a rectangle. Spread the rest of the butter on the rectangle, fold in thirds and cut three squares out. Cut thirds in each square. Take each third and grab the ends and pull till taught, then twist tightly and do a know and put each knot in each muffin tin. Let rise again for 5 minutes. Put in an oven on 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Then enjoy your delicious dinner rolls.
