IN large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each one. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, and bakind powder; add to creamed mixture with sour cream. Beat just until combined. Pour half of the batter into well greased and floured 9x13 baking pan. Combine pie filling and peaches. Spread over batter. Drop remaining batter by tablespoon over filling.

TOPPING- Combine sugar, flour, oats, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake for 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool
