Heat butter in a skillet, add celery, carrots,
mushrooms, and onion. Cook for a few minutes
stirring often, until they start to soften, then add
to the stock.
Bring stock back to a boil, add egg noodles and cook
according to directions on package ( it'll only take
a few minutes ).
When noodles are done, add chicken, parsley, sherry,
rosemary, parmesan, and cream. Cook for another 2
minutes.
Adjust seasoning, if needed. I added some more lemon
pepper, Italian seasoning, and a little bit of
garlic powder.

Suggestions
Serve along with a slice of warmed Sourdough or French Bread.
