Dissolve yeast in water (set aside) In sauce pan melt butter on low, add sugar and milk, heat until luke warm, pour into large mixing bow and sift all dry ingredients into mixture. Add yeast and mix. Cover and let rise 10 minutes. Knead on floured surface until dough is pliable. Form into large square and cut into 24 sections. Roll into balls and place in greased and floured pan. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes. Bake on 400 degrees 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
