Oven at 375 preferably convection. Rub fillets with olive oil salt pepper amd chopped dill. Overlap the thin parts of the salmon so it becomes all one thickness. Cook till salmon is slightly underdone. Tent for 10 min.
Serve flaked into large chunks with salad greens roasted asparagus tomatoes cucmbers and hard boiled sliced eggs. Drissle with Creamy Herbed Dressing that is stored in the salad section of this site.
