In a large skillet, cook onion in olive oil over medium/low heat. Add garlic. Cook until translucent and soft. Add tomatoes. Bring to boil. Add herbs and seasonings/spices. Simmer 1/2 hour or longer if needed.

Boil, cook and drain pasta as directed. Melt butter in hot pasta pot. Add sauce to butter. Add honey. Add cheese to sauce.

|
Add pasta (4-6 servings) to sauce and coat well. Serve and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.

|
This sauce can be used with Vegetarian Lasagna.
