2. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over
medium heat until evenly melted. Remove from heat
and let cool completely. Combine the eggs, sugar, cocoa powder,
vanilla, instant coffee, brewed coffee or coffee liquor,
and salt in a large bowl and briefly stir until just evenly
incorporated. Add the cooled chocolate and mix until uniform in color.
Add the flour and stir until just incorporated.
