In another bowl, beat eggs lightly, then add pumpkin and butter. Wisk until blended. Stir in chocolate chips, then slowly add dry ingredients. Fold with spatula until moistened.
Scoop batter into lined muffin tins (makes about 30 mini muffins or 16 regular muffins).
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes (10 minutes for mini muffins) and enjoy!
